Van Rollover Kills 2 and Injures 14 Members of Federal Heights Church

A Ford van carrying sixteen college-aged church members to Portland, Oregon to raise money for community service programs, hit a patch of black ice and rolled several times, ejecting nearly all of the passengers. Two of the passengers, Joshua John Pischura, 20, of Geneva, Ohio, andTaune Nicole Winter Pepper, 23, were killed in the accident and six more still remain in critical condition. Michelin Ordered to Pay Almost $12 Million to Victims of Rollover Accident

Michelin Tires was ordered to pay nearly $12 million in damages to the families of the six people that were killed in a crash caused by the faulty tires and the 12-year-old boy who was paralyzed in the accident. After the tire seperated from its tread, a Ford F-250 swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with a Chevrolet Suburban, killing all of the passangers that were inside of the vehicle. A woman was killed Friday night at the intersection of West 26th Avenue and Wadsworth Blvd. The vehicle in which she was riding was broadsided by another driver who ran a red light. 3 Coloradans Killed in Head-On Collision in Wyoming

Kelly D. Herland, Dean L. Davis and Shelly A. Davis were all killed in an auto accident Wednesday evening on U.S. 85 in Wyoming. 47-year-old Mohamed E. Baker, of Denver, crossed the centerline colliding with the Nissan being driven by Herland. Baker was injured in the accidnet and it is unclear as to why his vehicle crossed the centerline.
